Meet the doctor
Beau L. Broussard, DMD
Dr. Beau is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association. He plans to vigorously pursue various dental subjects in continuing education and a Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry. Away from the office, Dr. Beau spends his free time with his wife of 16 years, Bailey, and their three children Pierce, Reagan, and Olivia. They love going on adventures, trying new things, practicing their faiths, trying new foods, and watching movies. Dr. Broussard is an avid reader and writer, and the Broussard family are very active members of their church and community. Most weekends, you can find Dr. Beau cooking up a big ol’ pot of Gumbo or Jambalaya and tackling his honey-do list.
Experience
Dr. Beau Broussard was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and is a lifelong fan of the LSU Tigers. GEAUX TIGERS! He grew up all over the southeast but spent his formative years in the upstate of South Carolina. It was there that he graduated from high school. After graduation, Dr. Beau went to film school in Orlando, Florida. Eventually, he came back home and ran into an old high school friend, Bailey. Many years, marriage a BBQ restaurant, and three kids later, Dr. Beau decided to go back to school and graduated from Winthrop University with a degree in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry in 2019. After graduation from Winthrop, Dr. Beau took a year to volunteer in his community and spend time with his family. He was accepted into the James B Edwards College of Dental Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. Upon graduation in 2023, Dr. Beau and his family moved to Tennessee, a new place to call home, and a very welcomed new adventure in dental medicine.

Stephen N. Smith, DDS
Dr. Smith is a proud member of the Total Dental Administrators, Inc. and the American Dental Association.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Smith loves practicing his Christian Faith and spending time with his family. Dr. Smith and his wife Margie have three children together – Andrew, Sarah, and Rachel, and are proud grandparents of three. In his free time, Dr. Smith also enjoys traveling, going on dental mission trips to Nicaragua, and finding ways to improve his community.

Dr. Smith is certified in Invisalign and has completed Midwest Implant Training. Prior to working at Dental Arts of Oliver Springs, he served as Captain of the Tennessee National Guard Dental Corporation.

Daniel D. Smith, DDS
Dr. Smith is a proud member of several professional dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, Total Dental Administrators, Inc., the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Clear Aligners.
Dr. Smith is a proud Navy Veteran, and outside of dentistry, is married to his high school sweetheart. The couple has four beautiful daughters. In his free time, Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.

Dr. Smith served in the Naval Dental Clinic in Norfolk, Virginia. He has an advanced education in General Dentistry, is a certified Invisalign® provider, and holds a fellowship with the Midwest Implant Institute Surgical Dentistry.

Michelle Shipp, DDS
Dr. Shipp is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Academy of Laser Dentistry. Dr. Shipp is happily married to her loving husband and together they have a son, a daughter, and two dogs. She and her husband love being adventurous, something they are looking forward to sharing with their kids. To date, they have gone skydiving, escaped over 100 escape rooms, enjoyed music and art venues, trained in taekwondo, and have become certified scuba divers! She and her husband both grew up in Knoxville and enjoy being close to their grandparents.
Experience
Dr. Shipp has hundreds of Continuing Education course hours completed. Dr. Shipp is a certified Invisalign provider, has specific training in implants and laser, and practiced dentistry in Door County, Wisconsin before moving back home to Tennessee.
